Lexie Hart

Lexie Hart is the Claims Department Manager and oversees the full lifecycle of each unclaimed property claim. She works directly with state agencies, notaries, and clients to ensure documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and claims move forward efficiently. Lexie is responsible for keeping clients updated on their claim status and resolving any issues that arise during the recovery process. Her organized, detail-driven approach ensures claims are handled with accuracy, compliance, and care.

Maria Agustina

Maria Agustina is a Case Manager who works closely with the Claims Department Manager to ensure all case documentation is accurate, complete, and properly prepared for submission. She plays a key role in reviewing records, verifying information, and maintaining compliance throughout the claims process.

Maria also coordinates directly with state agencies to address requirements, resolve documentation issues, and support timely processing. Her behind-the-scenes attention to detail and consistency help ensure cases move forward efficiently and meet all regulatory standards.

Rose Durano

Rose Durano is an Outreach Specialist who focuses on connecting with clients and guiding them through the first steps of the unclaimed funds recovery process. She is often the first point of contact and takes pride in clearly explaining how claims work, what to expect, and how our team supports clients from start to finish.

Alongside fellow Outreach Specialist Jessica Bucad, Rose serves as part of the backbone of the company’s outreach efforts and acts as a primary point of contact for potential clients.
